A Bit About Me
Hello and Bonjour!

My name is Jennifer and I am a Registered Physiotherapist. I knew early on in my career that I wanted to focus on pelvic health. I'm invested in improving people's daily lives by connecting with them in a positive and safe environment. I treat a variety of conditions from vaginismus, chronic perineal pain at rest, with touch or with receptive intercourse, tailbone pain, incontinence, prolapse, and prenatal & postpartum care, to pre and post-operative care for colorectal and gynecological surgeries. I lead my practice with passion, care, and kindness to overcome pelvic floor dysfunctions. I do believe in the combination of education, manual therapy, and home exercise programs in order to achieve set goals.
When not working, you can find me at a Zumba or spinning class. I love cooking and enjoying the outdoors.

If you have any questions about my services, please feel free to email info@cayahealthcentre.com.

Jennifer offers services in English and French.
