A Bit About Me
Hi! My name is Amanda, and I am a Registered Interim Physiotherapist. Throughout my academic career I was exposed to a variety of disciplines, and developed a strong interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries and pelvic floor related issues.
Working and collaborating with others is my passion. During our sessions I will take the time to learn about your favourite hobbies, beliefs, and how I can empower you to keep moving. I strongly believe an individualized approach to rehabilitation is essential to achieve the goals that are most important to you. Given this, I utilize education, exercise, and manual therapy as treatment strategies to allow you to play a role in your own rehabilitation.
When I’m not working, you can find me staying active around the lower mainland, hiking (when
it’s not raining), or planning my next travel adventure.
I truly enjoy helping others, and I support clients of all genders and identities. I can’t wait to meet
you!
