A Bit About Me

Hi! My name is Caitlin, and I am a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapy of British Columbia (CMTBC). I have worked with individuals experiencing sports injuries, high-risk pregnancies, addiction recoveries, anxiety, trauma, and chronic pain.

I believe every individual is unique and has a unique set of symptoms and I will adapt each visit to tailor to your bodies needs. In addition to treating the muscular, nervous, and circulatory systems through manual therapy, I also utilize orthopedic assessment, patient-education, and remedial exercises so you can get the most out of your treatments. My approach to massage is evidence based, empathetic, non-judgemental, and I am passionate about creating a sacred and safe space within my treatment room. My style incorporates a variety of effective techniques such as Myofascial release, Joint Mobilization, Swedish, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and LAST (Ligament Articular Strain Technique).

Outside of work you can find me bungee-jumping, skydiving, hiking, and travelling. I am always up for something new and love seeking my next adrenaline rush.

I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your journeys!
