A Bit About Me
Hello! My name is Caroline, and I am a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of British
Columbia. I completed my dietetics degree with the University of Moncton and have since worked as a
clinical dietitian at the Saint John Regional Hospital in New Brunswick and the Vernon Jubilee Hospital inthe Okanagan, primarily in diabetes, oncology, cardiology, and gastroenterology.
Since 2019, I have been working in private practice, where I developed an interest in gut health, plant-
based nutrition, and disordered eating. I love helping others adopt new habits and develop meal
planning strategies that work for their budget, lifestyle, and health goals.
I also completed additional training in the management of IBS and chronic constipation, as well as
training courses on eating disorder treatment and eating disorders in athletes.
In my practice, I use a weight neutral and intuitive eating approach to help people improve their
relationship with food and their bodies. My goal is to offer you support through sustainable nutrition
and lifestyle changes, while creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space. I’m also happy to assist you
in either French or English.
In my free time, you can find me reading a good book, hiking in the local trails, or trying a new recipe. I
look forward to meeting you!
