A Bit About Me
Hi! My name is Caitlin, and I am a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapy of British Columbia (CMTBC). I have worked with individuals experiencing sports injuries, high-risk pregnancies, addiction recoveries, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, and post-operative care.
I believe every individual is unique and has a unique set of symptoms and I will adapt each visit to tailor to your bodies needs. My approach to massage is evidence based, empathetic, non-judgmental, and I am passionate about creating a sacred and safe space within my treatment room.

My style incorporates a variety of effective techniques such as Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization, Active and Passive Stretching Techniques, and Swedish Massage. You can also expect some simple
remedial exercises and tips to help maximize the benefits of your treatment.
Outside of work you can find me bungee-jumping, skydiving, hiking, and travelling. I am always up for something new and love seeking my next adrenaline rush.
I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your health journey!
