A Bit About Me

Welcome!

My name is Sarah and I am a Registered Physiotherapist with advanced training in pelvic health. I have experience working with individuals with a wide variety of pelvic concerns – including but not limited to pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and pelvic pain.

At CAYA Health Centre, I do pessary consults, fittings and follow-ups – but I believe a multidisciplinary, team-based approach is important to fully address pelvic health. In my practice, I strive to consider the whole person or “whole picture”, to work with your current healthcare team and recommend additional resources as well as physiotherapy in pelvic health approaches that can help you with your concerns.

In my sessions, you can expect ample time for questions, discussions about progress, hands-on treatment, and take-home suggestions for both your habits and your exercise. I love mindful movement (catch me doing yoga, pilates, running, playing tennis, and skiing!), and I treat to maximize its benefits on my patients’ mental and physical health.

Please feel free to reach out with questions, I would love to chat with you soon!
