A Bit About Me
Welcome! I hold a Master of Counselling in Counselling Psychology and practice as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in British Columbia. I bring over seven years of clinical experience supporting teens and adults across university wellness services, primary care, community mental health, and private practice. I am also in the process of registering with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC) (formerly the College of Psychologists of BC)
I take a compassionate, trauma- and attachment-informed approach grounded in collaboration, cultural attunement, and evidence-based practice. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, stress and burnout, self-esteem concerns, ADHD, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). My clinical work also includes supporting those navigating significant life transitions connected to women’s health. I recognize the emotional, relational, and systemic dimensions of these experiences and offer a supportive space to process them with care and nuance.
My work is strengths-based and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I bring genuine care, curiosity, and thoughtfulness to my work, supporting clients through difficult chapters of their lives and in creating meaningful change.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out or book a session. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and move toward meaningful change. I offer free 15-minute consultations!
