Our pelvic floor physiotherapists are trauma-informed. They work with clients and patients who have had previously painful or traumatic experiences that may impact the way they feel during assessment and treatment. We draw from the pillars of trauma-informed practice including trauma awareness, safety and trustworthiness, choice, collaboration, and connection, and empowerment.
